Carlingford - where the mountains come down to the sea - beautiful little village - close to Newry and Dundalk, but still offering a good infrastructure - local butcher is second to none and some excellent restaurants. In a depressed country, this place stands out as a beacon of hope - the old times were not so bad, we have just forgotten about the value of what we had before the greed and corruption of the so called "Boom"
